Located in the heart of Pacific City Oregon, at the Bob Straub Park Boat Launch parking lot.
Services
If you are looking for a unique experience to share with your friends and family contact us for a ride that shows the true beauty of Pacific North West. During the ride, you will see the blend of mountains and the beach while being on horseback. We offer a variety of rides depending on a riders skills/experience.
1 hour ride: Here you receive a half hour on the beach and a half hour in the dunes to see the beautiful scenery and the ocean.
2 Hour ride: One hour on the beach and one hour in the dunes.
Sunset Ride: Ride through the unique coastal dunes and onto the beach, where you get to see sunset with the beautiful haystack rock in Mid ground.
Please bring 10 cash for parking, ATM is not immediately available and we do not carry cash.

After labor day we go into what is called our off season so if you would like to book a ride please call because we have have to watch the weather and tides very carefully because we care about safety. Due to travel we are increasing our off season rates and for 1 hour rides minimum of 2 people it well be 150 per rider. For our 2 hour ride we a have a haul in fee of 50 dollars and minimum 2 people .
On your ride day
Your reservation time is your time to arrive, not the start of your ride. This allows time to fill out paperwork, visit the restroom, empty your pockets, adjust clothing, etc. 15-30 minutes after your Reservation Time, you will begin the horse selection and mounting process. 15-30 minutes after that, you will begin your actual ride. For example, a 2:00 p.m. reservation for a 1 1/2 hour ride may not leave the corral until 3:00 p.m. and may not return until 4:30 p.m. or 4:45 p.m. Please plan accordingly.
We're about having a fun and being safe on our rides.
The staff would like to take this time before your ride, to cover some very important safety tips and rules so that all who participate can have a fun and safe ride.
1.) Please stay away from the horses, until we call your name.
2.) Adult supervision is required at all times for Minors under 18.
Parents, please do not allow children to play around horses.
3.) We do not allow any Drugs ,Alcohol or anyone under the influence on the rides.
4.) Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Please use cigarette cans to put them out, not the ground. We do not allow smoking or tobacco chewing on the rides
5.) We strongly recommend that a restroom stop be made before the ride. On the rides there will be no restroom available.
6.) We only provide roping/single reins on the ride, and request riders to use both hands. This is to avoid potential problems with control of horses on the rides if the rider releases the reins, diverts attention from controlling the horse.
7.) Due to windy beach conditions, we ask that only hats with chin straps be taken on the rides. No large brim hats please.
8.) We do not allow sandals or flip flops on the rides. Tennis shoes are fine.
9.) We always recommend you take a warm jacket on our beach rides. During the summer the north-west wind can be very strong and cold. GO PREPARED FOR IT. The best is to layer up and take gloves.
10.) We require that no back packs or fanny packs be taken on the rides. Jackets or extra clothing items can be tied to the saddle for you ( Ask your guide). We do not want any item with you on your horse which could distract you, prompt you to take your hands off the reins, or hurt you if you fell off.
We provide pictures: If you have a phone in your group, we are willing to take the pictures for you as we would like our riders to stay off their phone's for safety purposes.
We ride rain or shine unless we believe it to be unsafe. If we believe conditions to be unsafe, we will try to call you at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled arrival time.
If concerned about the weather, please call for updated conditions
If riders wish to cancel or re-schedule because of weather, We must be notified at least 1 hour before your scheduled arrival time.
Any person with a medical condition should notify us at the time of reservation to discuss whether or not horseback riding is suitable for them. Sorry, we do not allow pregnant women on the rides.

Safety is our main priority but so is having fun.
Please don't be afraid to ask questions we always want you to feel comfortable and know there are no bad questions.

We ask that you wear no open toed shoes and we're opened as long as weather permitting!
